Loon Lodge on Leech Lake
- Refundable damage deposit: $300.
- Booking fee: $50. Cleaning fee: $200. Pet fee: $75 + tax.
- Tax rate: 7.375% state and local sales tax.
- Base rates include 2 people. Guests 3–8 add $15/person/night.
- Groups of 6–8 automatically have all bedrooms and bathrooms open.
- Craft room rental: $97 flat fee.
Northern Waters Lodge
- Refundable damage deposit: $500 credit-card authorization.
- Booking fee: $50. Cleaning fee: $395.
- Tax rate: 7.375% state and local sales tax.
- Base rate includes 8 people. Guests 9–14 add $10/person/night.
- Additional bedrooms may be opened for smaller groups based on the bedroom policy.
Aspenwood on Lake Superior
- Refundable damage deposit: $300.
- Booking fee: $50. Cleaning fee: $200.
- Tax rate: 12.375% state and local sales tax.
- Base rates include 2 people. Guests age 2+ add $15/person/night.
- Optional pet fee: $75 + tax for 1 dog only. Dogs cannot be left unattended.
- Optional extra bedroom and bath opening: $75 + tax.
Booking & cancellations
50% of the rental fee is due at booking. The balance, including taxes, fees and damage deposit, is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receive deposited funds back according to the property policy. If a cancellation is less than 30 days out, Rick makes every attempt to re-book the dates and applies the re-booking refund policy.
