Walkout lower level has a "Kids Camp" with game area and bunk beds. Master suite upstairs with whirlpool tub and lake views. Ideal for large family vacations, team retreats, and girls weekends.

Note: Steep walk to fire pit and dock staircase — may be difficult for elderly guests. No pets allowed. The Merit restaurant at Trappers Landing is 1.2 miles away.

Important access note

Access to the fire pit is by a steep walk over the lawn. Access to the dock includes a steep staircase to the shoreline and a wood stair structure at the lake. Elderly guests may have difficulty walking down to the lake and back to the home.

Bedroom policy

Groups of 8 or less have the master suite, Lumberjack bedroom on the upper level and the lower level available. The 2 main-floor bedrooms and Flag bedroom can be opened for additional fees if desired.

Groups of 8 or less: master, Lumberjack and all lower-level beds open; total beds = 6
Additional 1 or 2 bedrooms can be opened for $50 per bedroom per stay
Groups of 9–10: Flag bedroom opens automatically
Groups of 11–12: Flag and Nautica bedrooms open automatically
Groups of 13–14: Flag, Nautica and Bear bedrooms open automatically

Booking & cancellations

50% of the rental fee is due at booking. The balance, including taxes, fees and damage deposit, is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival receive deposited funds refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days prior, Rick attempts to re-book the dates; if successful, guests receive 90% of deposited funds or 90% of the re-booked amount, whichever is lower, less a $50 processing fee.
